A Very Nice Taco Dip
My family have loved this recipe for years. Wonderful taste.
250 ml sour cream
125 lm cream cheese
227 grams ground beef
½ pkg. El Paso Taco Sauce
1 ½ cups Pace Thick and Chunky Salsa Sauce
1 large diced tomato
1 large diced green pepper
1 cup diced green onions
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
¼ cup jalapeno peppers
Fry ground beef until well done and texture is fine crumbs. Follow direction on the Taco spice package. Set ground beef aside until cool.
Using a mixer blend together sour cream and cheese until smooth. Spread mixture on the bottom of a large deep serving tray. Sprinkle cooled hamburger mixture evenly over the cream cheese/sour cream mixture.
Continue to layer as follows; salsa sauce, tomato’s, green peppers, green onions, shredded cheddar and jalapeno peppers.
Use any kind of taco chips.
Dig in and enjoy.
