Orange and Onion Marinade Ingredients - 1/3 cup of orange marmalade
- 3 green onions, finely chopped
- ¼ cup white wine
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon cider vinegar
- 1 teaspoon of soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
Preparation Place all ingredients in a medium saucepan. Simmer on low heat. When marmalade has thinned and ingredients are well mixed remove from the stove. Let cool completely before using as a marinade. This next marinade uses the tang of lemon juice to help tenderize and flavor meats. Use this marinade on your favorite chicken meal. Lemon and Pepper MarinadeIngredients - ¼ cup lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- ½ teaspoon black peppercorns, cracked
- ¼ cup of water
- ½ teaspoon fresh dill
- ½ teaspoon salt
Preperations Combine all of the ingredients and mix well. Let sit for one hour before using. Steak Marinade With Rum and Ginger An amazing marinade with the Caribbean flavor, this recipe has an interesting taste to it. Ingredients - ¼ cup of pineapple juice
- 1/3 cup of rum
- ¼ cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon of grated ginger
- 2 cloves of minced garlic
- ½ teaspoon red pepper flakes, crushed
Preparation Place all of the ingredients in a Ziploc bag. Shake well to combine. Add the steaks and marinate for 4 to 5 hours in the refrigerator. Chicken Marinade with Red or White Wine Use this recipe on chicken legs, wings, breast or thighs. It may also be used as a basting sauce for rotisserie chicken or while grilling turkey breasts. - ½ cup virgin olive oil
- ¼ cup soy or teriyaki sauce
- 2 cloves of minced garlic
- 4 sliced scallions
- 2 tablespoons of brown sugar

- 1 tablespoon black peppercorns

- 1 teaspoon salt
Preparation Combine all of the ingredients in a mixing bowl. This recipe works well if it is made a day in advance to allow the flavors can blend.
